Equity interest is reflected on the composition of the board. The Swedish Performing Arts (Svensk Scenskonst) hold 3 seats, Swedish Association of Musicians (Svenska Musikerförbundet), Swedish Association of Professional Musicians (Sveriges Yrkesmusikerförbund), the Swedish Union for Theatre, Artists and Media (Teaterförbundet) and TRS (Trygghetsrådet) all hold 1 seat each. The chairman of the board is recruited externally.
