Employment Services

Employment services on an individual level within the area of music area are run today by a number of actors: Agents, artist agencies, booking agencies, the Swedish Public Employment Service Culture etc. Musikalliansen’s employment services will consist of cooperation with Musikcentrum and overall guidelines on how work for freelance musicians can be created and formed both in Sweden and internationally. Musikalliansen works to strengthen the network between clients and musicians.

A number of Musikalliansen’s training programmes have an intermediary function, for example helping to develop new constellations in the form of rehearsal development days or supporting and developing new project ideas in the form of coaching and counselling. Read more under TRAINING PROGRAMMES.

Employees of Musikalliansen are given the opportunity to present themselves and their ventures on this website, but, since Musikalliansen does not run a production enterprise or is a commercial agency for performers, we are unable to recommend individual employed musicians. From a competition point of view it would unfair to other freelance musicians who are unable to appear on our website.
