Reference group

A reference group nominated by the board of directors consisting of five persons deeply rooted in the life of music has the task of presenting proposals for musicians that can be offered employment after reviewing the applications. It is, however, the board that makes the final decision as to who shall be employed. The reference group also has the task of assisting the board with advice on specific issues.
